If the single room price has already been paid, the difference for a spouse/accompanying person staying in a double room is €175 per night (including taxes)
The package program dates cannot be divided. Extra nights and children aged 0-5.99 staying in the same room with two parents are free. For the second child aged 0-3, the nightly fee for the dates of April 16-20 2025, is €110 (including taxes).
Transfers will be provided as group transfers on the congress entry and exit dates between the airport and the hotel or vice versa. The one-way transfer cost per person is €95 + VAT. For private transfers requested on days other than the congress entry and exit dates, additional charges will be applied upon request.
