PARTICIPANTS STAYING AT THE CONGRESS HOTEL AND MAKING RESERVATIONS THROUGH PLAZA EVENT

01. ONLINE SYSTEM RESERVATION

Included in Registration Fees:

- 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
- Participation in sessions and access to the exhibition area
- Congress materials (abstract book, certificate, name badge, etc.)
- Coffee breaks and lunch



PARTICIPANTS NOT STAYING AT THE CONGRESS HOTEL AND NOT MAKING RESERVATIONS THROUGH PLAZA EVENT

02. INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Included in Registration Fees:

- 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees.
- Participation in sessions and access to the exhibition area
- Congress materials (abstract book, certificate, name badge, etc.)
- Coffee breaks and lunch

REGISTRATION FEES

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by December 31, 2024: 90% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations between January 1, 2025, and February 15, 2025: 35% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations between February 16, 2025, and March 16, 2025: 15% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations after March 17, 2025: No refunds will be given..
Name Changes: Allowed until April 10, 2025. After this date, no name changes will be accepted. All cancellation and name change requests must be submitted in writing, and all refunds will be processed after the congress.
